Sine is an AI-powered moderation API. It may make mistakes. You're fully responsible for how you use it in your app or system.

2. Accounts & API Keys

Your API key is your responsibility. Keep it safe. If we see anything sketchy—abuse, fraud, attacks—we can remove accounts, revoke keys, or cancel subscriptions.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. Refunds aren't guaranteed and are only offered in specific cases. Billing logs are kept for legal and accounting purposes.

4. Changes to the Service

We're always improving Sine. Features, pricing, or these Terms may change at any time, with or without notice.

5. Limits of Liability

We're not responsible for:

• AI mistakes
• Downtime
• Lost data
• Damages caused by how you use Sine

It's on you to integrate the API correctly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion if something looks harmful, abusive, or unsafe.

7. Governing Law

Sine operates from the United States. All legal matters follow U.S. law.
